Lead Apostle Nwogu visits to Lagos and Akure in the West area of Nigeria from 8 – 10 February, saw him introduced the new apostle to all the ministers in Lagos in a divine service at Majidun on the same day, a meeting with all district ministers of West Area on Saturday 9 and a divine service at Oluwatuyi congregation all in Akure the Ondo state Capital.

During his visit, the lead apostle served the congregation of Majidun with a text word from: 1 John 1:6-7 “If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin”.

The theme of the service was:
* Walking in the light of God through fellowship and love for our neighbors.
* The light of God means truth and gives wisdom, vision and sense of recognition that enables us to eliminate obstacles.

He charged the children of God not to forsake Godly instruction because this will mean working in darkness, which is not the will of our heavenly Father.

He told the congregation that Jesus is the light of the world. A city set on a high mountain cannot be hidden. Our light should shine unto others and bring them into the marvelous light of God.

Apostle Oscar Kabanga Nwanza and District Evangelist Paul Edobor were called to serve along.

During the divine service, eight Shepherds and nine Community Evangelists were ordained by the Lead Apostle.

On Saturday and Sunday 9 and 10 respectively, he travelled with the Apostle to Akure the capital of Ondo State. There, he conducted a meeting with all district ministers of West Apostle Area. The Lead Apostle conducted a divine service on Sunday at Oluwatuyi congregation. The text word was from the book of Joshua 15: 19 “She answered, “Give me a blessing; since you have given me land in the South, give me also springs of water.” So he gave her the upper springs and the lower springs.

102 brethren attended this service.  9 Shepherds and 11 Community Evangelists were ordained while one Shepherd was retired.
