The final day of the youth convention in Mid-East Apostle Area was the festive divine service conducted on the 1st of September 2019 by Apostle Chima Ibekwe in the Amankwo congregation in Umuahia District, Abia State, Nigeria.

The Apostle fed the congregation with a text word from Psalm 95:6-7, “Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker.  For He is our God, and we are the people of His pasture, and the sheep of His hand. Today, if you will hear His voice”

In his elaboration, the Apostle went on to say that the Lord is our God, and we are His people, the sheep of His own pasture.

He thanked the youth for all their efforts to make the youth convention a successful reality. He further added that a youth who devotes his/her time in the work of God is Rich in Christ.

In conclusion, Apostle Ibekwe admonished the youth to always identify their church wherever they found themselves and be ready to speak and tell the people about God, in accordance with our faith. He urged the youth to be steadfast in any situation they found themselves.

District Elders Felix Eyia, Stephen Onyebuchi and U. S. Arukwe, as well as District Evangelist Japheth Chigbu assisted the Apostle during the service. Some 700 members were in attendance.
