The 3day Youth convention of West Area, Nigeria climaxed on Sunday, 25th August 2019 as Lead Apostle Geoffrey Nwogu accompanied by five Apostles, two Bishops and many District ministers conducted a festive divine service for the youths at Abeokuta, Ogun state.

The lead Apostle exhorted the congregation with a text from Psalms 84:5-6 " Blessed is the man whose strength is in you, whose heart is set on pilgrimage, as they pass through the Valley of Baca, they make it a spring.... "

The lead Apostle while thanking the young people for their sacrifices and labor of love urged them to put their implicit trust and believe in God.

He reminded all that God only blesses those whose strength is in the Him.

He went on to expatiate on the characteristics of those whose strength is in God to includes:
- intensive prayer life
- leaning on God
- not being afraid of sea weaves.
aligning his/her lives with the life of Christ

Finally, he cautioned members to avoid murmuring rather live a life of thanksgiving and praise while paying our vows. He assured all that God will strengthen us when we pass through the Valley of Baca by providing spring in our moment of despair.

550 members and guests attended the services including Apostle Emmanuel Hagher (Rtd)
Later in the day, the program was concluded with a visit to the famous Olumo Rock in Abeokuta where the community derives its name from.

The scene at the tourist site will ever remain indelible in the hearts of the visitors and guests as the tour guide took them around the entire vicinity.
